Us aluminum imports in December increased by 61.9%

According to the news from Washington on February 8, the data released by the U.S. Department of Commerce on Friday showed that the United States imported 140030163 kg of unprocessed aluminum in December, an increase of 61.9% over 86498843 kg in November and a small increase of 7.3% over 130494576 kg in the same period last year.

The data released by the US Department of commerce also showed that the US exported 7753832 kg of aluminum in December, down 38.8% from 12678908 kg in November and 1.9% from 7904898 kg in the same period last year.

From January to December, the United States exported 147897862 kg of aluminum.
